Welcome to Mountaintown Adventures cabin rentals. Our five cabins: Clay Cabin,  Mountaintown River Lodge,  Rosewater Cabin, Trout Haven, and Trout River Retreat are all located on beautiful Mountaintown Creek inside the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay, GA. This great location in the peaceful North Georgia mountains offers tubing, kayaking, swimming and some of the best trout fishing in the southeast. The Ellijay area offers some of the best selection of outdoor activities available in the North Georgia mountains.

Hiking and biking trails crisscross Gilmer County; whitewater trips are available on the nearby Cartecay River. Whitewater rafting on the Ocoee and Nantahala Rivers is not far away. Other activities include boating and fishing on Carters Lake, horseback riding, golf, and exploring the many antique stores in Ellijay and Blue Ridge.
